Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via USPS. Rates are calculated through the USPS calculator.
Order Processing
Please note orders take approximately 2 days to process before shipping (this includes all forms of shipping). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday.
Tracking an Order
You will receive a shipping confirmation via email when your order has been processed and shipped. This email will contain a tracking number which you can use to track the status of your order online.
Do you ship internationally?
Soulcollective.Shop is exclusively for orders within the U.S., and Canada.
Can I change my shipping address?
The shipping address can be changed up to 24 hours, after an order has been placed. Please send an email to info@soulcollective.shop.
Canada
All Canadian orders have a flat fee of $15 and are shipped via FEDEX Worldwide Service.
Orders shipping to Canada take approximately 3 business days to process before shipping. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday.
Please note that the customer is solely responsible for all applicable customs fees, taxes and duties. If for any reason a package is refused by a customer a 20% re-stocking fee will be applied.

At this time Soul Collective is not able to accept any returns/exchanges from Canadian orders.

**ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We accept returned items (unless otherwise noted) for store credit/exchange within 14 days of delivery date. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging and with original tags still attached.
All shipping charges for returns/exchanges are to be covered by the customer.
All sale items are final purchase and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
**HOW TO RETURN ITEMS BACK TO US:
All returns must be authorized before we will accept them. Email info@soulcollective.shop with your order number before shipping out your return. We will provide the shipping address when the return is authorized. Soul Collective is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit; we highly suggest that you use a courier with a trackable shipping service.
